Free Shipping only applies to (in stock merchandise). Orders requiring multiple shipments of back-order and pre-order merchandise may be subject to an additional shipping charge per shipment. To help avoid additional shipping charges, we will schedule shipments in the most efficient manner. For example, if you place an order today that includes back-order and/or pre-order merchandise that's expected to arrive soon, we may hold your order and ship it complete when all merchandise is in stock. Most importantly, we will consult directly with you regarding your shipping preferences. Alaska, Hawaii, and other offshore U.S. territories and international shipping rates plus insurance are based on the actual weight and total purchase value of your order. The actual shipping charges WILL NOT be displayed during the check out process. After your order has been completed, you will be contacted by email and/or telephone with your total shipping and handling charges. For international shipments, the customer is responsible for all local duties and taxes if applicable upon delivery.


For orders requesting delivery by Economy Ground, we'll ship most (in-stock) orders within 5 to 7 business days from receipt and credit approval of order. However, credit card approval, fraud prevention, order volume, system problems, weather conditions, and other variables can affect processing. Sunday and holiday shipments/deliveries are not available at this time. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day pending payment authorization.


Collector Hub is currently taking online and toll FREE telephone orders (800) 320-5735 from customers paying by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover in U.S. dollars. We do not offer a lay-a-way plan or accept checks or money orders at this time.


We ship within the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, other offshore U.S. territories and international. Shipments to postal routes, P.O. BOX/APO-FPO addresses will automatically be delivered via United States Postal Service.


Sales tax is only applicable to residents in the state of New York!


All items are carefully inspected prior to shipment and carefully packed for delivery. In the unlikely event an item is received damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery so that we can start the claims process with the shipping company. Since all orders are shipped fully insured, you must save ALL packing materials for an inspection by the shipping company. Please contact us for instructions on how to return damaged merchandise.


Most merchandise may be returned for exchange or refund for a period of 14 days from the date of our shipment to you. Merchandise must be returned in new and re-salable condition, in original cartons with original packing, (including all registration documentation, certificates, instructions, sales receipts, etc.) All non-damaged merchandise must be returned fully insured at the buyers expense. Upon receipt of your re-salable non-damaged return, we'll promptly process it, and credit your account for the full purchase amount (less the shipping charges.) Please contact us before returning non-damaged merchandise.
